Purchased items will be delivered to the address you provide.

Returns Policy
You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.

Spider Mite Control Ltd recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. If you require an exchange we will be happy to process this for you. Please include written details with your package. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Defective Items
Please return the defective item, and delivery paperwork, via a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods no returned
Spider Mite Control Ltd will refund you the reasonable costs of your return postage charges if you include a receipt in your package.
Spider Mite Control Ltd will exchange or refund your order if the goods are confirmed as defective.

Unfortunately we cannot accept orders for delivery outside of the UK or the Republic of Ireland except from the USA.
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or via a courier service. If you are not in when the courier calls then they should leave a card for you. You will then be able to collect the parcel from your local post office or courier’s depot. It may be easier for you to use a work address rather than your home address for deliveries as there is usually someone there to receive the goods when they are delivered.
